Mailed out March 6, 2012 to me after I reported the Fraud Tech guy that came to my home.
Correction, this was mailed to me a month before I reported the Fraud to WOW cable.
The following letter that I received from Mr. Cochran was regarding how they new my Modem Battery was removed.
What I would like to know, do they have a whole department over at WOW Cable to keep an eye out for their customers when the battery isn't working or is removed out of the Advanced Modem? Scroll down to see Steve Cochran and the Rooster Stamp, could you take that Cochran and Rooster stamp meaning in the different tone? Creepy I tell yah!
