Strange Sprint Notice - 1200 credit score!!!

I have hundreds of mailer/weird shit like this, a Huge BOX of stuff because of what my hacker/stalker has done to me.

Here is a notice sent from Sprint - as far as I know there is no 1200 credit score.

Please feel free to call them and asked them.  I would bet this paper is worth as much of wiping your ass with it!

1. Shows as of 4/26/12 I had a credit score of 1200 and it shows it falls within the range of 1000-2000.  What?

2. On this notice it shows that they verified my address, it goes on to say "but may not be a primary address". What?

3. Showing I have a perfect credit score of 1200? - It shows that I am on a spending limit, ASL program.  What?
