Medical Insurance Card Fraud.

I asked for a new Insurance Card and 13 days later I received this card. Showing on this letter I have Medco, back of card is now showing Express Scripts. Medical Insurance Card Fraud. Scroll down to see card.

3/18/2013 Called and spoke to my Drug Store and I have Medco.
